Total Home Store will accept returns of merchandise only in the case of product malfunction or packing error such as an item differing from that specified at the time of order. Please note that merely disliking the ordered item, or finding it not to your taste, upon arrival is not acceptable grounds for return and/or refund. Please ensure that you have chosen your item carefully. Please be advised than no products will be accepted for return more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

All products must be returned in original packaging. Take care to protect the product from potential shipping damage, which Total Home Store will not be responsible for. Total Home Store will not accept the return of damaged or defective merchandise that was not reported as such to the Company by the customer within 48 hours of initial receipt of the item.

If possible, please contact Customer Service via email at rt60marketing@yahoo.com  to confirm the cause of return before returning the item within 48 hours of initial receipt of the item. Upon receipt of the item(s), Total Home Store will provide you with a verification of receipt via e-mail.
